Anne Zaczek, Director of Strategic Partnerships
Anne Zaczek serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at DTB AgriTrade, where she leads the firm’s organizational stewardship and partnership development initiatives. In this role, Anne oversees executive management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic growth across a premier portfolio of independent agricultural associations and international development programs.
Anne’s leadership roles with these organizations include Managing Director of the Meat Import Council of America (MICA), Managing Director of the U.S. Sweet Potato Council (USSPC), and Global Program Director for the Food & Agriculture Export Alliance (FAEA).
With more than 15 years of experience spanning agricultural trade, association leadership, and international development, Anne has built a career focused on building institutional capacity, fostering high-impact public-private partnerships, and advancing market development opportunities for the agricultural sector.
Prior to joining DTB AgriTrade, Anne served as Executive Director of the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund, where she drove organizational restructuring, expanded global partnerships, and secured long-term program sustainability. Earlier in her career, she managed complex agricultural development and market expansion programs at the U.S. Grains Council. Notably, she directed multi-million-dollar, USDA-funded initiatives—including the Tanzania Food for Progress program—which established the Poultry Association of Tanzania, supported the development of the country’s poultry and feed industries, and launched the association’s annual Tanzania Poultry Show, which remains an important platform for industry engagement and collaboration.
Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in International Studies with a focus in International Business and Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Her deep expertise in organizational strategy, governance, and multi-stakeholder collaboration ensures DTB’s managed portfolios achieve maximum operational excellence and long-term global impact.
